BATAVIA – The Clinton-Massie girls golf team edged West Union by one stroke, 459 to 460, Tuesday and won the Rocket Invitational at Cedar Trace Golf Course.

Angela Miller was the tournament medalist with a 103 for the Lady Falcons.

Gwen Broderick and Kelsey Smith both shot 118s. Jezreel Forand had a 120.

Emma Filipkowski and Faith Long also played for the Lady Falcons.

Other team scores were Clermont Northeastern 497, Eastern Brown 518 and Lynchburg-Clay 622.
