Lady Falcons lose close one, 3-2

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie tennis team dropped a close on Monday to Lebanon, 3-2, in non-league action on the CM courts.

The Lady Falcons picked up wins at first and third singles — Morghan Eades at No. 1 and Kelly Deatherage at No. 3. For Deatherage, the victory was her third in three matches. For Eades, the win was her first.

“Our singles players are seeing daily improvement in shot selection and placements,” said CM coach Lynn Deatherage.

Three of the matches went three sets, with the Lady Falcons winning two.
