CM puts 3 in top 8 at Washington Invitational

WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — Clinton-Massie had three of the top eight finishers in the girls race Saturday at the Washington Invitational cross country meet.

Katie Hughes led the Lady Falcons, finishing fourth in 20:59.76. AJ Houseman was seventh and Lilly Lentine was eighth.

For East Clinton Veronica Brewer was 14th in 24:13.18.

In the girls junior high race, Clinton-Massie’s Emma Muterspaw was the overall race winner, clocking a 12:42.57. Carah Antek of East Clinton was fifth in 14:54.61.
