Allister suffered a knee injury last year and could not compete at the end of the season. Heart breaking as he was ranked in state standings.

Our conditioning has been great thus far. The team has done well and continues to work hard in the room. There is no substitute for good cardio.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO IMPROVE …

We need to increase the level of aggression on top and bottom positions.
