ADA — Nationally-ranked Ohio Northern dominated Wilmington College in the second half of a 78-51 Ohio Athletic Conference win on the ONU home court.

Wilmington trailed 33-31 at halftime but then was outscored 45-20 in the second half.

Wilmington drops to 4-2 overall and 1-1 in the OAC.

Ohio Northern, ranked 18th by D3hoops.com and 14th by the WBCA, is now 7-0 overall and 2-0 in the conference.

Morgan Ritz came off the WC bench and hit a trio of three-pointers to finish with nine points. Brittaney Jefferson and Mackenzie Campbell also had nine for WC. Savannah Hooper had 7. Mary Moyer grabbed eight rebounds.

Britt Lauck led Ohio Northern with 19 points, on 7 of 12 shooting including 4 of 5 beyond the arc, and 6 assists. Amy Bullimore had 9 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.
