Following first-place finishes Saturday in the district event at Wilmington College, Rylee Long and Dakota Collum have advanced to the Elks State Hoop Shoot.

Long won the girls 8-9 year-old division while Collum was the champion of the boys 12-13 year-old division. The district tournament was held at Hermann Court’s Fred Raizk Arena.

The Elks State Hoop Shoot will be held Feb. 18 at Gahanna Middle School South.

Drew Robinson was runnerup in the boys 10-11 division and Katie Murphy was second in the girls 12-13 group. Elle Martin was third overall in the girls 10-11 division. Jace Pittser participated in the boys 8-9 division.
