The Blanchester seventh grade girls basketball team was defeated by Amelia 15-12 Tuesday night.

Zoie Stanforth had three points, six steals and four rebounds, earning defensive player of the game honors from coach Bella Cook.

Maddie Creager had three points and four defense rebounds. Rianna Mueller had two points and a steal. Emma Winemiller had two points, two rebounds and two steals. Aleah Wells had two points.

Deahlyn Staehling had two offensive rebounds and two defensive rebounds. Kenzie Kratzer had a rebound and a steal.
