HILLSBORO — The Blanchester girls cross country team finished fourth Saturday at the Ohio Classic Cross Country Extravaganza here at Liberty Park.
East Clinton did not have complete girls team. In the boys race, Blanchester was eighth and East Clinton 11th.
Savannah Rhodes, the BHS sophomore, was eighth in the girls race in 22:43 with teammate Olivia Gundler, a freshman, was 11th in 22:52.
On the boys side, Nathan Crouch of East Clinton led the county contingent by finishing 27th in 20:19.
