Bushido Dragons bring home 14 firsts from Lynchburg

Members of the Bushido Dragons karate club competed Saturday in Lynchburg. Sensei Luis Reyes received first place in kata grand champion sparring. Sensei Rachael Williams was first in jujitsu, second in sparring, second in kata and second in weapons kata. Manny Castillo was first in kata, first in sparring and first in weapons kata and second in back-fist competition. Cassidy Cole was first in weapons jujitsu, first in sparring, first in back-fist competition and second in kata. Sophia Reyes was first in weapons, first in jujitsu, first in sparring and first in kata. Will Signor was second in sparring. Nikki Signor was first in sparring, first in jujitsu and second in kata.
