CMMS girls fifth at Clermont Northeastern Inv.

OWENSVILLE — The Clinton-Massie Middle School girls track and field team finished fifth out of 17 schools Saturday at the Clermont Northeastern Invitational.

Emma Muterspaw posted a pair of personal bests for the young Lady Falcons, 5:53 and second in the 800-meter run and 2:42 and fourth in the 400-meter dash. She also was third in the 1,600-meter run.

Isabella Theetge tied for second in the pole vault. Natalie Lay was fourth in the 200-meter dash and sixth in the 400-meter dash. Holly Young finished fifth in the 200-meter hurdles.

In the relay events, Clinton-Massie was third in 4×200-meters with Sara Hodge, Abby Broglin, Kenley Robinson, Regan Cole, fifth in the 4×400-meters with Maddy Spiewak, Lakota Hart, Courtney Fisher, Holly Wilson and sixth in the 4×100-meters with Hodge, Broglin, Young, Cole.
