The Clinton-Massie reserve baseball team was defeated by Washington Senior 9-8 in eight innings on Monday.

Tyler Lewis, Luke Chappie and Clint Stotts had two hits each. Bryan Kennedy and Dominic Kerns both had doubles. Tyler Beam, Corey May and Spencer Branham had singles.

Chappie started on the mound and went four innings, with five strikeouts and three walks. He gave up six runs. Kennedy went four innings with three strikeouts. He allowed three runs.
