CHILLICOTHE — The East Clinton softball team was defeated by Chillicothe 7-6 Monday in South Central Ohio League action at MT Logan Field.

East Clinton is now 7-5 overall and 5-4 in the SCOL.

Tori Bailey had three of East Clinton’s nine hits. She also drove in four runs, but the Lady Astros left nine runners on base.

Tiffanni Bailey had two hits and Taylor Boeckmann scored two runs.
