MORROW — Clinton-Massie finished fourth Thursday at the Dawn DeHart Invitational track and field meet at Little Miami High School.
Wilmington was eighth in the team standings.
Mason won the meet with Fairmont finishing second.
While the Lady Falcons did not win an event, they had several top finishers. Patience Chowning ran 5:24.74 and finished second in the 1,600-meter run. Courtney Gibson was second in the 200-meter dash, third in the long jump and third in the 100-meter dash. Jocelyn Burton was runnerup in both the shot put and discus. Preslee Rolf was second in the pole vault.
For Wilmington, Jessica Haynie claimed the top spot in the shot put.
