The team of Jack France, Rusty Smethwick, Herb Johnson and Bill Ross had a 6-under par 29 Thursday and won the Community Golf League outing at the Elks 797 Golf Course.

The winners had an eagle on No. 2 and birdies on Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 8.
