The team of Gary Newbry, Billy Stephens, Randy Stephens and Bill Ross shot a 7-under par 29 Thursday and won the Community Golf League outing at the Elks 797 Golf Club.

The winners had an eagle on No. 15 and birdies on Nos. 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17.
