NORWOOD — The Blanchester reserve girls soccer team played a 0-0 tie Tuesday with Norwood in a non-league match.

Blanchester defenders Savana Shank and Jalyna Ambrocia keyed the effort against the Norwood offense.

Brianna Wilson created several chances but the Ladycats were unable to score, BHS coach Kurt Ballinger said.

Regan Ostermeier and Sabrina Duncan combined for the shutout in goal as Blanchester improves to 2-1-2 on the year.
