ECJH volleyball sweeps Panthers

EBER — The East Clinton Junior High School volleyball teams swept a pair of matches from Miami Trace Tuesday night.

The eighth grade was victorious 25-13, 25-16.

Kiya Byrd had six kills and two digs for EC. Carlie Ellis had three points and an ace. Riley Flint served 11 points. Camille Hughes had three points, one ace and three kills. Myah Jones had two points and two kills.

Reagan Landrum and Rhylee Luttrell both had an ace and a kill. Emma Malone and Rheanna McQueen both had a point and a dig. Melinda Noble had a dig.

The seventh grade Lady Astros were 25-21, 25-10 winners.

Holly Bernard had a dig. Gracie Boggs had two kills. Katrina Bowman had seven points, five aces and a kill. Alexis Rolfe had six points and an ace. Gracie Evanshine had four points, an ace, a kill and a dig.

Jericka Boggs had four points, two aces and a kill. Lauren Hadley had four points and an ace. Marci Ellis had two points and an ace.
