Noszka top finisher for ROB girls, boys at Springboro

SPRINGBORO — Wilmington’s Rodger O. Borror Middle School boys and girls cross country teams competed Monday at the Springboro Invitational at Patricia Allyn Park.

For the young Lady Hurricane, Taylor Noszka was fourth overall in 13:39.2. She was the first seventh-grade runner in the race, trailing only three eighth-graders.

Sophie Huffman also earned a medal with a seventh place finish in 14:07.7.

On the ROB boys side, Trevor Billingsley ran 13:24.1 and was 33rd overall in the race.
