Falcons ground Rockets to go to 3-0

FAYETTEVILLE — The Clinton-Massie volleyball team swept Fayetteville in straight sets Wednesday 26-24, 25-13, 25-21 in a non-league match at FPHS.

“We started off a little slow and dug a hole but the girls held their composure and fought back in set one,” CM coach Stephanie Reveal said. “In set two, we controlled the tempo from start to finish and set three was back and forth until the end.”

Clinton-Massie is 3-0 on the year.

Tyler Greathouse had 10 kills, five points, an ace and five digs. Faith Cottrell had seven kills, eight points and a dig. Rylee Richardson had seven kills, three points, an assist and a block. Ashlie Miller compiled a dig and a point.

Cadin Reveal contributed six kills, 11 points, four aces and a dig. Taylor Florea finished with five kills, 10 points, three aces and a block. Haley Conley had three kills, three points, 32 set assists and a dig. Maddie Enright chipped in with three points.
