CMMS sweeps ROB volleyball

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie Middle School volleyball teams swept a pair of matches Tuesday from the Rodger O. Borror Middle School at the Lebanon Road gym.

The CM eighth grade posted a 25-14, 25-5 win.

Delaney Miller had 10 points, six of them aces. Molly Lynch had nine points, with three aces and a kill. Liza Duncan had nine points, seven aces, five assists and a kill. Rylee Richardson had three kills and an assist. Carly Moritz had three kills.

In the seventh grade match, Clinton-Massie came out on top 13-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Down 21-11, Courtney Fisher served 13 straight points, including seven aces, to help rally the young Lady Falcons in the decisive third set.

“The young Lady Falcons really came together and played as a team to secure the victory,” said CM coach Kari Rudduck.
