Massie JV volleyball whips Waynesville

WAYNESVILLE – The Clinton-Massie reserve volleyball team defeated Waynesville 25-22, 25-17 Wednesday night in non-league action.

“We are playing the net well,” CM coach Aubrey Hoffman said. “We have to keep talking and we will continue to win games.”

Carly Moritz had seven points, three aces, three kills and two digs. Delaney Miller had five points, three aces, seven kills, a block and two digs. Courtney Fisher contributed four points, three aces and two digs.

Kennedy Thompson finished with five points, an ace and 11 assists. Abbey Faucett had five points, an ace, three kills, an assist and two digs. Haley Roberts chipped in with two points, a kill and two digs. Abby George added a dig and Alexis Considine posted five digs.
