LEES CREEK – The East Clinton tennis team defeated Bethel-Tate 5-0 Monday in a SBAAC National Division match on the EC courts.

The two teams plays against at Bethel-Tate on Tuesday.

Kylee Hidy and Shelby Michael won their singles matches in straight sets while Sydney Michael won by forfeit.

On the doubles courts, Haley Harrell and Bella Walters at first doubles and Carlie Ellis and Sarah Ross at second doubles were victorious in two sets.

East Clinton is 4-4 overall and 3-3 in the National Division. The Lady Astros have won three straight matches.
