EC volleyball starts slow but stop G-Men in 3

GEORGETOWN – The East Clinton volleyball started slow but picked up steam and defeated Georgetown 25-22, 25-22, 25-18 Thursday in SBAAC National Division volleyball.

“We came out very slow off the bus ride, but a win is a win,” EC coach Sarah Sodini said.

Logan Peterman had two aces, two kills, 17 assists and two digs. Kenzie Campbell had nine aces, eight kills and two digs. Victoria Jamison finished with an ace, four kills and two blocks. Kaitlyn Talbott had two aces and a dig.

Myah Jones chipped in with five assists while Paige Lilly recorded four aces, 12 kills and a dig. Lacey Peterman contributed a kill and an assist. Kayla Hall had an ace, three kills and three assists. Emma Malone finished with three digs.
