COLUMBIA, Ky. – For the fourth-consecutive season, the Lindsey Wilson football team is headed to the NAIA Football Championship Series Playoffs.
Under the coaching leadership of 1999 Blanchester High School graduate Chris Oliver, the Blue Raiders will host Southeastern (Fla.) 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Blue Raider Stadium in Columbia, Ky.
Lindsey Wilson (10-0, 6-0 MSC Bluegrass Division) received an automatic bid into the national postseason as champions of the MSC Bluegrass. It marks the first undefeated regular season in program history for the Blue Raiders and the longest win streak for the program. LWC is making its fourth all-time postseason and is 2-3 overall, including a 2-0 record at home.
Oliver is 62-28 as head coach going in to Saturday’s playoff game.
