Berea men top JennaStrong Fall Classic field

Berea easily topped the field in the 2015 JennaStrong Fall Classic men’s cross country race Friday at Wilmington College.

Berea scored 79 points while runnerup Miami of Ohio had 155 points.

The Wilmington College men’s team finished 18th in the 36-team field.

Hunter Stith was the first Quaker across the line in 26:48.6 for the 4.97 mile event.

A couple of Blanchester High School products also run for Wilmington College. Gage Egner, a WC freshman, was 117th out of 349 runners in 28:01.8. Jeff Cook, a junior at WC, was 233rd in 30:04.1.
