The Blanchester eighth grade boys basketball team was defeated by Clinton-Massie 29-27 Monday.

Blake Coffman had nine points and six rebounds for the Wildcats.

Justin Hogsett had eight points and 10 rebounds. Ryan Brewer chipped in with four points while Seth Akers contributed two points and seven rebounds. Gabe McVey had two points. Jackson Bray scored two and grabbed eight rebounds.
