The Blanchester seventh grade boys basketball team won its first game of the season Wednesday against Fayetteville, 24-11.

Kyle Garrett had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Wildcats.

Zach West posted five points and seven rebounds while Jayden Purdy had three points and five steals. Dustin Trace scored two points and Dylan Creager handed out three assists. Dylan Walker and Dylan Estep had three rebounds each. Bradley Brown and Gabe Faulkner grabbed one rebound each.
