WYOMING — The East Clinton volleyball season ended Wednesday with an 8-25, 20-25, 24-26 loss to No. 2 seed Clermont Northeastern in a Div. III Sectional match at WHS.

“The last two games, the girls stepped up and played hard,” said EC coach Sarah Sodini. “I’m proud of their showing tonight. It’s been a rough season but they’ve stayed passionate and have played through to the end.”

Mindy Bean had an ace, two kills and a dig. Sam Gaddis had a kill, a dig and a nine assists. Sam Bronson had two digs. Taylor Boeckmann had four digs.

Alexis Haines had four digs and Kayla Hall had one dig. Lacey Peterman had two aces and two digs. Kenzie Campbell had two kills, a block and three digs. Paige Lilly had an ace, six kills and five digs.
