The annual Clinton County American Cancer Society Vince Lombardi Down Lineman of the Year Award banquet will be held Tuesday, Dec. 15 at the Expo Center on the Clinton County Fairgrounds.

Former Blanchester High School head coach George Rise will be the keynote speaker.
