GOSHEN – The Clinton-Massie baseball team was defeated by Goshen 5-0 Friday in SBAAC American Division action at GHS.

The loss drops the Falcons to 1-2 on the year, with all three games being division battles.

Max Murray started on the mound and took the loss, allowing two earned runs. Corey May finished the game for Massie.

“We struggled at the plate, only picking up two hits,” CM coach Brian Camp said.

Murray and Weston Trampler had the two Massie hits.

“In back to back innings, we had runners at second and third and were unable to cash in with a big hit,” said Camp. “We need to execute in those situations for us to be successful.”
