ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Wilmington College men’s track & field senior Kalvin Butts finished fourth in the hammer throw at the Augustana Twilight Meet hosted by Augustana College Thursday.

Butts’ best throw was 181-0, which is a personal best for the St. Johns, Mich. native. Cody Wheeler of Augustana won the event with a mark of 207-2.

On the women’s side, senior Lauren Stacy competed in both the discus and hammer throw.

Stacy finished 12th in the hammer with a mark of 151-10. Lydia Meier of the University of Wisconsin Stout won the event (187’ 9”).

Stacy’s best for the discus was 131-5.

The field for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be announced Saturday.
