Classes will be conducted beginning this month for anyone interested in becoming an Ohio High School Athletic Association licensed volleyball official.

Long-time official Joe Davis will be teaching the class. The first meeting will be July 21. The remainder of the class meetings will be determined at the first meeting based on participants schedules.

An open book final exam will be administered to obtain a license.

Officials can make approximately $55 for officiating middle school matches and up to $80 for high school matches.
