SPRINGBORO — Led by Josie Wolfe, the Clinton-Massie girls bowling team defeated Springboro 1,633 to 1,552 Monday at Eastern Lanes in a non-league match.

Wolfe had a high game of 181 and finished with a 324 two-game series.

“The girls did well in making their adjustments,” coach Shonda Marburger said. “They continue to show improvement, which is great to see.”

Katie Starnes finished with a 295 (160, 135) while Gwen Broderick had 276 (139, 137). Kathryn Wilson had games of 114 and 135 while Casey Cochran finished with 126 and 104.

In the Baker Games, Massie had scores of 136 and 123.
