GEORGETOWN – The Blanchester boys soccer team dropped a SBAAC National Division match to Georgetown, 3-0, Thursday at Brian Grant Stadium.

Coach Troy Ballinger said his Wildcats had a few good opportunities to score but never capitalized.

Gavin Colebank had 16 saves in goal for the Wildcats, including one on an early-game penalty kick. However, the rebound off the PK was put into the net by the G-Men.

Blanchester drops to 1-5-1 on the year and will play at Eastern Brown Monday night.
