Massie notches SBAAC road win at Batavia

BATAVIA – After almost a week off, the Clinton-Massie volleyball managed to pull out a 25-17, 25-23, 25-17 win over Batavia Monday in SBAAC American Division play.

“With being off for almost a week, I was kind of worried about how the girls would come out and play, especially being on the road,” coach Stephanie Reveal said. “Set 2 toward the end of the set, we were a little unfocused but we held it together and finished.”

The win puts the Lady Falcons at 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the division.

Hayley Roberts had a kill and 12 digs for Massie. Taylor Florea totaled six points, three aces, two kills and three digs. Maddie Enright posted eight digs on the stats sheet. Cadin Reveal had four points, three aces, eight kills, two blocks and two digs.

Tyler Greathouse had six points, four aces, eight kills and 12 digs. Faith Cottrell contributed seven points, an ace, five kills and a dig. Delany Miller chipped in with four points, an ace, a kill and nine digs. Rylee Richardson had six points, four kills and seven digs. Haley Conley had 26 assists, four digs, a block, a kill, an ace and five points.
