Golf season for EC, CM boys ends at Pipestone

MIAMISBURG – The boys golf season for East Clinton and Clinton-Massie ended Wednesday at the Division II sectional tournament at Pipestone Golf Course.

East Clinton finished 11th in the team standings with a 393. Clinton-Massie was 14th with a 474 team score.

Archbishop Alter was the overall team champion with a 305.

Individually, East Clinton’s Gage McConahay had a 90 (43-47) to post the low score among the Clinton County players.

Brendon Walters had a 91 (45-46) while Shane Streber came in with a 98 (45-53). Also for East Clinton, Lane Baker had a 114 (55-57) and Quinton Tolle finished with a 137 (74-63).

For Clinton-Massie, Carsyn Creager had a 99 (52-47). Ethan Johnson was the next Falcon in line with a 118 (56-62). Clay Carroll carded a 126 (63-63) and Michael Moritz posted a 131 (57-74). Kaleb Hughes came in with a 142 (70-72).
