County runners 2-3-4 at BHS girls meet

BLANCHESTER – County runners took second-, third- and fourth-place Wednesday in the Blanchester Invitational girls cross country meet on the BHS campus.

Emma Muterspaw of Clinton-Massie was race runnerup while Blanchester’s Olivia Gundler was third and East Clinton’s Carah Antek was fourth.

East Clinton was the only team in the field with a complete lineup so the Lady Astros earned the meet championship.

No times were listed for the girls varsity individual runners on the meet website via Baumspage.com.

In the middle school girls race, Molly Seabaugh of East Clinton was the first county runner. She was seventh overall.

Emma Damewood was first for Blanchester in 19th place while Alivia Hull was the only Massie runner and she placed 36th.
