MT. ORAB – Western Brown pulled away in the end Tuesday and defeated Wilmington 3-0 in SBAAC American Division girls soccer action at WBHS.

“Western Brown is a quality team,” WHS coach Alex Rhinehart said. “They came into the game with a 9-3 record and starting seven seniors.”

Rhinehart said WHS went “toe to toe” with the Lady Broncos for 60 minutes before Western Brown put three goals on the scoreboard.

“Our ability to stand with a team of their quality for a large part of the game speaks to our development,” Rhinehart said.
