Lady Falcons soar as big match with Goshen looms

ADAMS TOWNSHIP – The Clinton-Massie volleyball team ripped through Dayton Carroll 25-16, 25-18, 25-22 Wednesday in a non-league match at the Lebanon Road gym.

“Big home win,” CM coach Stephanie Reveal said.

The Lady Falcons are now 13-2 and will play at Goshen Thursday in a key SBAAC American Division match.

Goshen is unbeaten in league play at 7-0 while Clinton-Massie is 6-1. There are 10 league matches.

“A big game for us and a battle to capture a part of a league title,” Reveal said. “Each match we play, we are correcting some of our little mistakes, which builds confidence in all the girls.”

Haley Conley had five points, 30 set assists, four digs and a block. Delany Miller served four points to go along with three kills, nine digs, two aces. Taylor Florea finished with four points. Rylee Richardson recorded 10 points, five kills, an ace and four blocks.

Faith Cottrell had three points, eight kills, five digs. Hayley Roberts had six points and a dig. Tyler Greathouse posted four points, six kills, an assist, three aces, 13 digs. Cadin Reveal totaled five points, five kills, two aces and a block.
