The East Clinton junior varsity volleyball team defeated Blanchester 25-9, 25-7 Tuesday.

Gracie Boggs, Mckenzie Shoemaker, Anna Malone and Lydia Kessler came off the bench and played well for the Lady Astros, coach Sam McGraw said.

Lauren Hadley and Mackenzie Pence had two kills each. Alexis Rolfe finished with an ace and two digs. Kelsi Lilly had two aces, a kill and a block. Katrina Bowman posted three aces and two kills. Jericka Boggs had five aces, three kills and a block. Gracie Evanshine had eight aces in a strong service game then added five kills and two digs.
