BLANCHESTER – The Blanchester High School junior varsity football team defeated Williamsburg 31-6 Saturday morning.

Blake Richard had four rushing touchdowns as the Wildcats scored 31 straight points.

Carter Abbott had a rushing touchdown on a quarterback sneak that broke for 43 yards, coach Brian Damewood said.

Bryan Bandow added an extra point kick.

After giving up a 6-0 lead, the Wildcats defeated roared the rest of the way. Richard had two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Brady Phillips forced a fumble and Troy Hedstrom had a fumble recovery.
