LYNCHBURG – With the end of a long run of away matches nearing an end, the Clinton-Massie volleyball team continues to put up Ws.

The Lady Falcons defeated Lynchburg-Clay 25-12, 25-20, 25-11 Wednesday in a non-league match at LCHS.

The win puts Massie at 16-3 on the year.

The team’s sixth road match in 10 days is set for tonight at Western Brown. The Lady Falcons will have played eight matches in 10 days upon completion of the SBAAC match, which also ends the regular season schedule.
