Blanchester MS boys basketball loses pair

The Blanchester Middle School boys basketball teams dropped two games Monday to Clinton-Massie.

The eighth grade Wildcats were defeated 50-14. Kyle Garrett led Blanchester with six points. Jayden Purdy had three points, five steals and a team-best five rebounds. Dustin Trace had two points, four rebounds and three assists. Dylan Creager had two points and Tyler Bussell scored a free throw.

The seventh grade dropped a 51-26 game. Bryce Sipple had nine points and Jansen Wymer added five. Braz Byrom scored four points. Sky Smith, Collin Elston, Quentin Rice and Drew Wyss had two points each. Wymer had five rebounds while Sipple had a team best steals (3), assists (2) and blocked shots (2).
