The Blanchester seventh and eighth grade boys basketball teams were defeated Tuesday by Goshen in the regular season finales.

The seventh graders win streak was stopped with a 46-27 loss. They finish the regular season at 5-9.

Xander Culberson had seven points and Nick Taylor totaled five. Jansen Wymer scored four points, grabbed four rebounds and came up with three steals.

Bryce Sipple had three points, four rebounds and four blocked shots. Sky Smith, Cole Bradley, Bill Hamm and Braz Byrom had two points each.

The eighth grade Wildcats lost 41-31. Zach West led with 18 points, six rebounds and three steals.

Kyle Garrett finished with eight points and 17 rebounds. Dylan Creager had three points while Gabe Faulkner added two. Dustin Trace grabbed six rebounds and dished out four assists.
