BEAVERCREEK – The Wilmington High School girls bowling season ended Thursday at the Division I Southwest District tournament at Beaver-Vu Lanes.

The Lady Hurricane finished 22nd in the field. The top five teams advanced to next week’s state bowling tournament.

Wilmington had a three-game total of 2,186 then added 894 in baker games for a final pinfall of 3,080.

Individually, Areil Comberger had a 509 series with games of 162, 173 and 174.

Nicole Gallion finished with a 485 (148, 167, 170). Haylee Wright came in at 421 (164, 140, 117) and McKenzie Frazier totaled 419 (137, 125, 157). Alexia Frazier had two games of 153 and 102. The subs bowled the final game and had 97.
