Before Wilmington’s 101-27 victory over Clinton-Massie Tuessday night at Fred Summers Court, Jaevin Cumberland, a 2015 Wilmington High School graduate and current member of the University of Oakland basketball team, was honored with an induction onto the Wall-of-Fame.

Cumberland earned the honor by being named to First Team All-Ohio a season ago.

He hold the WHS single game marks for points (47) and 3-pointers made (10). He is also the school’s career scoring leader with 1,846 points

“One of the most important things to remember about Jaevin is that he was a winner,” Wilmington head coach Mike Noszka said. “During his final three seasons at the varsity level, he was a part of 63 wins, 3 sectional titles and 3 league championships.”
