WESTERVILLE – The Wilmington College volleyball team fell to Otterbein Tuesday in straight sets (25-9, 25-4, 25-12) in Ohio Athletic Conference action.

WC freshman Rheanna McClain tallied nearly half of Wilmington’s kills, finishing with five kills.

Sophomore Kennedy Harshaw was the only other Wilmington player with multiple kills, recording two. Senior Ariana Neff had team-high 10 assists and added a team-high tying seven digs.

Sophomore Hannah Kockentiet also recorded seven digs. Sophomore Kara Short had two block assists for the Fightin’ Quakers.

Wilmington (0-22 overall, 0-6 OAC) travels to Mount Union 1 p.m. Saturday.
