AUSTINTOWN – Two Wilmington College women’s soccer players have earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) honors.

Junior Taylor Scott (Lynchburg, OH/Lynchburg-Clay) earned second team honors, while senior captain Erika Good (Miamisburg, OH/Miamisburg) picked up honorable mention recognition.

“I am very pleased to see that Taylor Scott made the all-conference team and captain Erika Good came back from injury last season to earn OAC honorable mention,” said Wilmington head coach Steve Spirk. “I do feel that we have other players that are deserving of all conference as well.”

Scott was the team’s top scoring threat, leading in goals (six), assists (five) and points (17). Her 17 points ranks her eighth in the league.

Good, who missed nearly all her junior season with an injury, returned to play a pivotal part of the Wilmington defense. She was second on the team with 11 points, five goals and an assist.

Wilmington finished the season 10-8-1 overall, 4-4-1 in the OAC, and advanced to the OAC tournament for the first time in three seasons.
