New Bobbleheads: The Exhibit opens Friday at Reds HOF

CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame & Museum’s new exhibition Bobbleheads: The Exhibit showcases more than 500 different bobbleheads and includes every Reds bobblehead giveaway since 2001.

Bobbleheads: The Exhibit presented by Dinsmore & Shohl LLP celebrates the bobblehead collecting phenomenon and highlights the many and varied designs and styles of one of the most unique and popular promotional items ever created.

Exhibit highlights include:

• Over 500 bobbleheads dating back to the introduction of the collectible as a novelty item in the early 1960s.

• Every Reds bobblehead (over 90) issued as a ballpark promotion dating back to the first fan giveaway in 2001

• Every bobblehead issued by the Reds Hall of Fame

• Bobbleheads from other sports teams as well as non-sports bobbleheads and local bobbleheads from around Cincinnati.

The exhibit opens to the public 10 a.m. Friday.

The Reds Hall of Fame & Museum is located next to Great American Ball Park at 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202.
