Healthy living and cooking program starts in Wilmington

The first class of the “Now You’re Cooking!” healthy living and cooking program was held Feb. 18 at the Your Father’s Kitchen in Sugartree Ministries in Wilmington. The free six-week program is being run by Carly Griffith, a Talbert House Prevention Services provider. Participants will learn cooking techniques for simple family meals, and be introduced to long-term physical and mental health self-care tips.
